It means Hamlet? has no control over something, so he resigned to let it be. Something will happen, he doesn't know when, and thus, lacks control

yeah i get the general gist of it, he decides to "let be" and stop resisting his fate and railing against events etc. I just never understood the wording, because he says "if it be now, (his death) tis not to come (?) if it be not to come it will be now". But yeah I know what he is trying to say
