Chemcal problems?

I'm doing CHEM10007 (fundamentals of chemistry) and got this email from the first year director:

Owing to a problem that has just developed with database management of CHEMCAL students will be unable to get receipt numbers following completion of the prelab exercise.

Until this problem is rectified students should –

•&νβσπ;Complete the prelab modules as normal and note the time that they made their last login to the prelab CHEMCAL module (this information is logged onto the system).

•&νβσπ;In place of the receipt number indicate the time and date of your last login to the CHEMCAL module for the prelab of the experiment you will be doing.

•&νβσπ;Once you have reviewed the safety warnings (CHEMCAL and Lab manual) and risk assessment for the experiment sign the CHEMCAL Prelab receipt (unless you do this you will not be allowed to do the experiment.

As soon as this problem is resolved you will be informed through the LMS.

In regards to the third dot pt, i'm confused, because how can we sign the chemcal prelab receipt if we aren't receiving one now due to all these problems arising? Kind of need to know as my prac is in a couple of days

In your lab manual there should be a whole bunch of receipts you can sign and rip out at the back, right before the report/feedback cover sheet things.
