Psych Sac 2? Consciousness & Sleep

Does anyone remember doing this sac? Can i have some help on it please on what i need to know?

We covered those two in our first SAC earlier in the year

Consciousness:
We had to know the history of consciousness (contributions made by Descartes and James), psychological and physiological characteristics of normal waking consciousness and altered states of consciousness (and how these are measured - EEG, EOG, EMG, GSR), different types of altered states of consciousness, etc

Sleep:
Stages of sleep and physiological and psychological features associated with each stage, the purpose of REM and NREM sleep, the sleep-wake cycle and its shift during adolescence, the effects of partial or total sleep deprivation, etc
