Percentage Error/ LSR/3MED

So for my SAC I had to count the Percentage error. My results were -3% and 0%. How could I interpret this?
And also is there a relationship if your Least Square Regression Line is positive but your 3 Median Line is negative?
Thankss

For the first one, you basically calculated a residual. If you receive a positive number, it means the predicted value was _% above the actual value, and if negative, _% below the actual value.

A positive least squares regression line but a negative 3-median line suggests a very weak linear relationship (possibly no relationship).

Hope this helps! :)
