Since R=(v^2Sin2(theta))/(10)
how would you go on about entering the 2(theta) in a calculator
and when you use the range formula is it the distance the whole way or half of the way
thanks in advance im so confused with this range formula never really used it i sticked to the normal method of vertical time then entering it into the horizontal

Yeah, it's usually better to just stick to the regular way of working it out (splitting into the two components etc.), particularly because the range formula is restricted to a specific situation.

I can't remember what the range formula is like, and I'm not exactly sure what you meant since you didn't use LaTeX, but if you meant:

then you multiply theta by 2:
but if it was:
then you square the entire the sin(theta) bit:

Don't use it, unless you're doing spesh the same year, you're probably going to confuse yourself.
