Further Sac z scores

hey guys so my sac is still going but its in task and we did task 1 , on friday . it was about cars and the two models the kid had a choice of 2009 model and 2005 model , he would pick the one with the best safety.  Okay so i did the random population so randomly select a car for 2005 and 2009. i got my z scores but what i can say if my z scores were -0.6(2009 model) and -0.8(2005). How can i interpret them in terms of the normal distribution. i Just said  my score -0.6 was below the mean. But what do you say with your z scores and how do you compare them.

Im not really sure...but i'd mention the following
-both were less than one standard dev. below the mean
-the 2005 z score of -0.8 is further away from the mean than the -0.6
-probably make a one sentence comment to explain why there is a difference in scores
