We have ours on Wednesday. We usually buy it from COMPAK, so could be anyone.

My school's so far behind, teacher plans to do Operations Management sac next term (when we're meant to start Unit 4), ugh.

We're doing Yakult too though, any tips? (Teacher gave the class the case study for Yakult already - don't think she understands the premise of assessment tasks all too well).

haha thanks man most people did bomb out on this topic though i think i was the second highest in the class.. um well first question was finding the difference between a service and manufactoring firm case study was on some taxi thing so you had to be careful and understand it was a service organisation.. the 6 mark questions was to describe the input process and output of the case study
the rest was straight forward i guess just some definitions and choosing the best layouts the best material strategy and the best quality strategy and lastly a question os ESR :)
tell me how the sac goes
