Np man. Absolutely. Have a good work ethic lol. I know it sounds pretty cliche but, do all your classwork, homework (and then some). Aim to be a week ahead of the class in terms of what you know. Read through class material before the class, learn it in class, and then do it again later.
When you're studying, don't just pick up your textbook, read it over and over and maybe do some highlighting and think you know it. Try to make meaningful associations between the information you're trying to learn and the information you already know. If you can say ""Oh, I remember this piece of information because I relate it to that time..." or something along those lines that's a good sign.
As far as the SAC's go, you shouldn't need to study specifically for them 'cause the idea is to be studying for the exam from day dot. Don't get trapped into just doing your homework, getting three days before the SAC and going crazy on your notes.
All that and kill the exam.
