Just wondering if someone could clarify the percentage of REM sleep an elderly person gets?
20% or 33%?
Thanks in advance

They can, and they will haha. Sucks hey?
That's why they encourage wider reading and all of that so much - so you can find this stuff out :)
I'm guessing you have Grivas too, so incase you haven't seen my other topic on here.. watch out for the amyglada - we need to know it but Grivas doesn't have it in depth.

That's okay :)
It's alright, I'm working through the checkpoints at the moment to relearn the bulk of the content. I've got around 20 ready but not sure if I'll be able to do them all with sacs in the meantime. Yourself?

Yer I'm gonna beast through Checkpoints on the weekend. I reckon I finished all Multiple choice questions in like 2 hours lol.

And then I'm gonna do all past VCAA exams plus the one teacher gives.

Goodluck!

20% - same as adolescent ..... by the way, do you guys remember all your notes on change blindness, Descartes and all that stuff from wayy back? I'm trying to relearn all that material before I attempt too many practice exams, but I don't know if that's the right approach.

Yeah I've gone back over consciousness but perceptual anomalies is definitely a topic I need to relearn.  :P I'm using the same strategy as you.
