global politics scaling?

Will it be the same or similiar to last years, or will it change this year, since its a new study design

My teacher told me ,it is likely to scale 3-4 points.

I'd presume it be around 3

Doesn't seem as if it will be as difficult as it was last year. But I believe scaling is dependent upon the performance of the cohort.
