Very curious to which management style is able to make the fastest decisions and why?

Also, when defining a large-scale organisation, what is the minimum number of factors to determine a LSO?

autocratic is the fastest in terms of decision making because there is no need for any consultation. Decisions are communicated in a top-down fashion. This type of management style is evident in the army - where you are told what to do without any query. Though decision making is quick, the best decision may not be made because it does not consider other peoples opinions.

Pretty sure its 1. Aslong as it meets 1 of the factors e.g. +200 employees I'm pretty sure thats good enough.
