Encountering Conflict Rugmaker! Important!

The topic I have been given is, it is through conflict that we grow. We can choose any piece to do (letter, expository, creative etc...) I don't even know where to begin and what to write for this any ideas?

Hello! I have a similar problem as well. My prompt is "conflict is essential for real growth". I'm struggling but I have some alright ideas. I am doing an expository essay and I am exploring what the prompt means. From there, I am linking it to the novel (rugmaker) and saying how his personal conflict changed him as a person... then I am getting other 'real life' examples of people who have changed through conflict...

A little nervous though.  Best of luck.
