I'm not sure if I'm just tired but with question 4 in section B, in 4d, what's the explanation behind the fact that each H2 molecule accounts for one double C=C bond...
If you don't have the exam, its because the ratio of mycerene to H is 1:3 and myceren reacts with H and it is polyunsaturated and when it reacts it becomes saturated.

If you don't have the exam, its because the ratio of mycerene to H is 1:3 and myceren reacts with H and it is polyunsaturated and when it reacts it becomes saturated.

so C=C, when H2 reacts with one C=C double bond, one H atom attaches to each carbon, breaking the double bond.

So 1 C=C needs 1 H2.

I almost made the same mistake :p That's why you have to register every word that you read. Particularly with multiple choice questions I tend to write out formula or draw structures to affirm certain compounds in my mind.

If you're talking about the massive grammatical slip up, I am thoroughly embarrassed!

No way man haha. Our Methods cohort has about 250 kids and I'm in the bottom 100 for SACs. I think that negates any comparison :p
