I can't seem to finish exams in the allocated time. It's super frustrating. Just wondering if anyone has any tips...

Use reading time effectively, and I find it easier to answer questions once I do. I read over short-answer first, and then come back to MC. You find that if you've answered some of the MC questions in your head before times up for reading time, you can zip through answering the first few (except the ones that require you to calculate stuff).

As soon as you come to a question that is going to require some serious thought and you can't get the answer straight away, just mark it and move on. For Biology today, I had to leave about 5 questions but then I finished with 40minutes to go and just came back to them. :)

And don't stress out! Just keep calm. The more stressed you are the harder it is for you to take in all the information.

Good luck! :D

Use reading time to work through as many multiple choice as possible, and to make notes of any dilutions/axes labels/weird units for stoich questions, so that your brain has time to dwell over them before you actually do them later on. And if I see a back titration for example, I mentally go okay, what's in excess, what do I need to work out to find the eventual goal, and plan it through in my head if that makes sense?
Basically, don't underestimate reading time :)
