guys I'm really stressing out for the exam!! (doesn't help that I have anxiety and get panic attacks..) I feel like there are still some stuff that I don't fully understand and I'm scared that during the exam I'll blank out on alot of questions. I really want to do well..
I know this is very cliche, but, all you can do is do your best! If you really want to do well, chances are your behaviour has been congruent with that throughout the term and reflected your desire. If that is the case - you already HAVE done well. Personally I think I know psych back to front but I'm weak in exams. For ages I was stress-stress-stress and only focused on getting a good result. But, I figure now that a good result will be walking in to the exam room being proud of yourself and the effort you've put in before the exam.
If you get really stressed in the exam, move onto questions you know are correct. If you feel like you know nothing - I know this is very strange - but put your head down on the desk for ten minutes and just
breathe. You'll lose ten minutes but you will examine so much better for it.
In the mean time, everyone on this forum is ready to clarify things you don't understand, as much for their benefit as for yours. Just go into the exam with the knowledge you've done well, regardless of where you fall on that horrid bell-shaped curve.
Good luck
