Rate of Reaction between Marble Chips (CaCO3) and HCL

Hi. I need help!! ASAP!!
I know that to speed up the rate of reaction, the surface are, temperature or concentration of the acid must be increased but supposed I want to add a catalyst for the reaction between CaCO3 and HCL, What catalyst should I used and why??

As far as I know, a catalyst isn't required for that reaction :O

yeah, concur here. strange question to ask (of them, i assume this was in the workbook coz my student asked me the same qn).
