That's a copy of the study design, refer to the key knowledge and key skills on page 23. The 'key knowledge' dot points with a fair portion of the chapter in your textbook devoted to it are indicators of what's more likely to be on the SAC.
I'm prettttttttttty rusty on my Legal Studies and I was never an amazing student to begin with but I'd know the 5 express rights and the structural protections within the constitution, I'd know the implied right (political communication) and I'd know well a case that supports this. You should be able to compare Australia's protection of rights with another country (whichever one your school chose, Eg. Canada/America). I'd know that pretty well. Strengths and weaknesses of the constitution and it's protection of rights. Um. I think that's about all I can remember. That's probably the more important stuff. Wishing I payed attention in Unit 3 so I could help more lol.,

Jesus that doesn't sound too good at all. I'd say go look at past exams but that might screw over the value of your exam revision period.

Was very easy confident i got at least 23/25 hopefuly 25/25 was a question which was what are the differences between Australia and your chosen country in protecting rights? It was worth 6 marks and i put down 4 differences between Aus and my chosen country i wasn't sure if i needed 3 or 6, i think i only needed 3 for example "in USA they protect rights blabla howevever in Australia....." i think each point would be worth 2 marks not 1 due to the writting space etc (i still had to go over the page).. however due to time i only got to put down 4 even though i knew about 8! was the final question and the teacher took it right on the dot with 10 seconds to finish my sentence.

Yeah I'd say you were correct in the mark breakdown. Good stuff! (h5)
