Holidays?

Is it just me or does Monash have longer holidays than like basically all other unis?

You get a week less at some other time iirc, it's why your exams are earlier and holidays start sooner.

My holiday has already finished. I'm not bitter at all >.<

That makes no sense though, cause apparently UoM is coming back, and we still have another 2 weeks of holidays, so if we have exams sooner then we just have a shorter semester.

Ours is 12 weeks, what about UoM?

Monash used to have thirteen week semesters.
These were changed to twelve week semesters, and now our winter holiday is longer.

Yah, Deakin started back this week. But we finish this semester mid-October and don't go back till Marchish so I guess we have a longer Summer break.

Although my friend who goes to ACU has been on holidays for almost 2 months and still has a couple weeks left..
