2012: Which lecture company for legal, methods, eng or further?
charmanderp:
I'm prolly going Derrick Ha for Methods. In terms of English, go with VATE. I don't plan on it myself but I went to a VATE lecture for Lit last year and that was kinda fun, it was some really good discussion. Access looks like it might be really good too. The general English lectures are pretty useless but those that focus on specific texts can be useful.

I'm doing a day-long exam workshop for Legal with CPAP during the holidays. It's more expensive, but it's the full day. I'm not going to bother hyping it for you because I think a more sensible option for making your decision is seeing if you like my Legal posts here!
With the lectures, I know two out of the three lecturers giving the VCTA one, and as a colleague I can say I have a lot of respect for them and am confident they know what they're talking about.
taiga:
In my opinion, Derrick Ha for any maths.
elle9:
Thanks for replying, but on recommendations from teachers i went with:
Vate - english
Mav - my two maths
Although i might change the methods one depending...Does anyone know how MAV is (from a students perspective)? As well as whether i should continue with this or derrick ha?
pi:
Derrick Ha is the most superior for Methods imo.
Also, for legal -> VCE Legal Studies lecture: Expression of interest thread :)
