Order not received

Hello,

I ordered the ExamPro English study guide over a month ago and am yet to receive my order. I sent an email recently about this and am yet to receive a response.

With my first SAC quickly approaching and having ordered this book for the purpose of preparing for this SAC I am disappointed at the lack of communication.

It would be great to receive my order or at least know what the reason is for its delay

Ordered three books more than two months ago and I still haven't received them (I've emailed them heaps of times but haven't got a reply)

Me too, I ordered the Biology 3/4 Book from the AN lectures after they ran out a month ago and my first SAC is day after tomorrow. I got an email only today, and it says that it will be delivered by the end of next week.
Just a slight problem - my SAC is day after tomorrow. -.-

Hey everyone!

Regarding the lecture notes: unfortunately, the printing is taking longer than we'd hoped . I sent an email out trying to keep everyone updated, but long story short, the printer has been slogging it out since the lectures and has virtually finished - sorry it won't get there in time for your SAC, Ace .

Regarding ExamPro: I haven't chatted to the ExamPro people in a while, but your best bet is to email [email protected]. I'm not sure what the reason for the delay is but hopefully those guides will get sent through soon .

Hi, I have just gotten into contact with the director of ExamPro.

He has told me that all orders have just been dispatched; there has been a major glitch in the system which is being fixed up - that glitch meant that for the past couple of months many orders have been heavily delayed.

The director - who currently has his hands so full that he has basically gone MIA - apologises profusely for this major mishap and the lack of communication.

For the ATAR Notes guides, the printer is due to finish tomorrow, so Friday this week at the latest according to the information I have from the printer at this point in time.
