I think it's a good idea, provided that you don't do this everyday for the remaining 4-5 days of holidays, reminding oneself that to correct each exam may take 45min-1hour depending on how many mistakes you made, how you want to tweak you answers to make them that bit better etc....thus, it is a very tiresome process, as the practice exams themselves are exhausting (once again depending on which ones you do!)

You wrote you want to do 10 for atleast every subject - does that means you're planning to do 3 practice exams for each of your different subjects in the next 5 days (assuming you're planning this schedule for the remaining part of the holidays)? Why don't you space them out a bit more? I can understand that your motivation here is the quantity you want to cover, and the stamina you want to build for the actual exam, as well as desiring an exposure to a greater variety of questions so that you can own the VCAA exam - but you should also look after yourself.
Then again, I'm only in year 11, so such a demanding workload is still a foreign concept

However, if you're keen to do this, don't let anybody tell you it's a bad idea, because it's not!
