The three types of behaviours that are not dependent on learning:

Reflexes
Maturation
Fixed action patterns

Why aren't they dependent on learning?
* cannot speed up/expedite acquistion of these behaviours
* innate/genetically preprogrammed
* not directly due to/necessarily improved by experience
