I have to do an investigation on this, but I can't find any information on it whatsoever.
Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. :)

Wikipedia: In law, rendition is a "surrender" or "handing over" of persons or property, particularly from one jurisdiction to another.
wordnet.princeton.edu/perl/webwn : handing over prisoners to countries where torture is allowed
