So i hve finished my notes, ready to get it bound.... I dont know where you can find VCAA rules about binding so im just gonna ask here. Im thinking of superglueing "Further Notes" book into the bound book. Is that allowed? The book is like your regular checkpoints but with kick as notes, I just ceebs photocopying the notes one by one :)

As far as I know, you can only have one spine. A better alternative would be to photocopy relative pages and stick them into one bound book.
Are you planning on taking pages out and super-gluing them all to one spine? if so, that shouldn't be a problem as long as the book doesn't fall apart if an examiner happens to pick it up.

I'd say that's fine, however if you can pick it up and anything falls out or breaks then you need to bind it better. Ask your teacher as well.
