I'll write an Exam2 guide after exams.
But just some short tips, regarding your question
Read Extended-stuff (do not rush this)
Read MC (try to finish reading it)
Do MC (30 min)
-use CAS as much as possible
DO Extended Stuff (60-70 min)
-Set-up the question, when you're stuck do the next one. Alwasy set it up first.
Checking (20-30min)
