You'd want to lose no more than one or two marks in the multi-choice. Would probably leave you with around a five mark leeway in the short answer.

really depends on the year
i got 42 with 40/40 exam 1 and 52-53/60 exam 2
So to get 44+ losing maximum 1 mark exam 1 and 4-5 marks exam 2

I'd say try to full mark the multi-choice exam and lose no more than 5 marks on short answer and a 45+ is set, given your sac marks are decent

Just to reinforce where my answer was coming from - I was working off the basis of 'one mark per study score point' and also, I know my girlfriend lost 2 marks in multi-choice and she tells me probably six on short answer in 2011 and netted a 43 raw.
