How does one study and revise for the legal exam?

I'm sort of stuck. I feel so overwhelmed by the sheer content and volume of work that we have done throughout the year that I don't know where to start! I've done really well in legal studies this year but right now I just feel so lost. What do you suggest I do? What is the best way to revise? Should I go through the whole text book again, or what? I really don't know how to revise for this. I've been doing a few practice exams and questions but I feel like I need to actually be doing more revision-type study.

HELP.

I think you should go over your notes again. What have you been doing when revising for your sacs? Whats your method? Do you read outloud or do you write and summaries?

Ive been going over my summaries and starting an new little booklet.
This booklet is not as detailed as the summaries I have made throughout the year.
Its clear and conscise and is less overwhelming to look at.
It contains all of the key terms. It will trigger your memory.
When revising I advise you to look at both your detailed summary and your small booklet with key terms.

If you forget something then just refer to your detailed summary.

If you havnt made a detailed summary I suggest you do this so you refresh you memory and all :)

My method is reading my notes outloud and recalling them.
Breaking down the topics so it doesnt seem so overwhelming.
I then do questions without looking at my summary.
If I cant do them I refer back to it.

Sorry for confusion :)
Hope Ive helped in some way :P

Personally, I wouldn't go through the whole textbook - base your revision on the study design. My general advice is to go over areas which you have trouble with (i.e. where you lost marks on SACs). There isn't really any point spending ages on areas which you're confident in. Be smart in your revision. Find a balance between writing summary notes and completing exam papers (that's subjective).
