And if what, 100% of the people so far made this mistake (who are coming from an above average section of the vce population, of course ;)) then most people will do bad. It's all relative.
I'm no good with the motivational speeches (Coblin is quite good, from what I remember from mid-years), but I'm sure you still did very well and to try and not think about it *too* much, you can't change it, you do more than one subject etc.
Nina, specifically I'm sure you still did awesome :) I am pretty sure from what I know, no to the dragging down part. (isn't it, your sac score will get modified according to who did #1 in the exam anyway?)

Fuck i cant even remember what I wrote. I'm pretty sure I said somthing along the lines of "We need to protect our children". And i just talked shit too. The ref material was dog as well. How were we supose to relate a picture? WTF? Fuck Fuck Fuck.
