i have had a similar feeling. about 2 weeks ago all the stress built up and i just cracked at lunch crying. i had english periods 5 and 6 but my teacher excused me from class saying that hes the only one to apply pressure haha. i think the word got out to my other teachers because they seemed a lot more gentle if that makes sense. hahah basically i find that if your stressed, have a cry. get it out, excersise really helps. yr 12 is not the end all be all. my psych teacher calls the coordinators and teachers who act that way the 'grim reapers'. ultimately there are so many ways to get to places. please just stop stressing, it doesnt help. and PROCASTINATION makes it worse. just work out a accurate work social study balance and chill please, otherwise you will be a absolute wreck before the final exams. it seems scary but there is no greater satisfaction than proving teachers and other people who doubt you, by scoring a score that you are happy with. it doesnt have to be 40+ its just stupid hype that every yr 12 student falls for. a score of 35 plus is great as well. i wish you the best, just slow down and enjoy the last remaining weeks of yr 12 :)
what a year it has been, thank goodness it is over, bring on a new chapter!

If it makes you feel any better, I am suffering from the same thing. I have done probably about 4 hours worth of homework since the start of the holidays, which might seem like a decent amount, except for the fact that I have had homework on my mind pretty much 24/7. Of all the time that I intend to study, I spend about 95% of that time procrastinating and only 5% studying.

Omg this
You are so not alone
I'm the same
Done about 4 hours...and I have spent all week saying to myself "oh shit oh shit" and then stress stress stress
It's just sitting in a pile gathering negative feelings
I have all the work I need to do planned out
It's just getting the motivation to start that's a killer

I really feel you. Starting is the killer. Once I get started, I'll be all okay but I just have to start!! Though, from what I've gathered, stress  isn't the best way to go.

Just get started is a achievement in it's self,  it's good that you got started and you constantly stressing out about how much you did is not beneficial to anything where all that stressing out that can be used on studying now cmon, kick that stress out and study your arse out :p. I know you can do it in this short of time it's the matter of bleief and determinantion

It's really not that hard to quantify..., but I believe that being raped once is not as bad as being raped five times, even if the one rape was by a gang of people.
