My technique for unraveling context prompts

What I do for any prompt is I write 3-4 more general prompts that stem from the given prompt. And base my essay around these prompts. Can you find any flaws in this or any suggestions.

Another thing should I consider examples from the text (eg GUAIA) before considering the ideas? or vice versa?

Even for text response - think about ideas first then about examples from the book
in context even more, it is about the Ideas not the examples.
