Can conclusions be drawn if the results are not significant...nd what is the difference between demand characteristics, experimenter effects and participant effects(if there is such thing??)

You can draw a conclusion, just not a generalisation, so the conclusion would be like "The hypothesis is not supported as the results were not statistically significant etc..."

Experimenter effects ARE demand effects, just sourced specifically from the researcher themselves, whereas demand effects can include the research design itself. And I think you mean individual participant differences? They're just differences in like, age, religion, experience, personality of the participants which can affect the results of the experiment

...Or do you mean participant expectations? Which is a demand effect btw.
