There you go - you can just use geometry to figure out the resultant (use the cosine rule - you have two sides and the angle between)


Just with that angle, isn't it 135 degrees?

Wow! I never thought of questions like that. I'll definitely keep that mentality with future practice exams. +10000000000000 for you :D


@Lasereed, yeah it's 135 degrees. The only problem I had with that q is not using the cosine rule D=
