Chem Experiment

Hi.

Next week our teacher is going to give us 4 solids and we need to determine what kind of bonding is present through experimentation using the lab equipment.

So far I've thought of testing the boiling point, solubility and conductivity (both solid and liquid).

Is there anything else anyone can think of?

you are doing unit 1 right?

maybe malleability, heat conductivity, mass, appearance (whether reflects light), smell,

if possible, chemical reactions.
