hey guys,

Just wondering how many structural isomers does butene have?

i got, but1ene, but2ne .... but not quite sure about cyclobutane (which is C4H8 as well)....

could anybody please give me some hint ?

When in doubt, draw it out! Cycloalkanes have the same formula as alkenes CnH2n

OMG yeahhhh that's right... methyl propene....i am feeling soooooo noob right now.. srsly...

so overally.... there are 4 isomers?? 1 butene  . 2 butene . methylpropene , and cyclobutene...........?

and methyl-cyclopropane (btw it's cyclobutane, not cyclobutene, cyclic alkenes are C_n H_(2n-2)
