At our school, the specialist maths SACs are a big thing and each SAC takes a huge part of internal assessments (20%+) so there's usually a lot of pressure.

How are your SACs weighted?

There are five SACs weighted as follows
SACs 1&2 in Semester 1 - both 20% each
The other 3 SACs are in any order in Semester 2.
The main one in Seester 2 is an extended investigation worth 40%
The other two are worth 10% each although it may be possible for a school to decide to combine these into one SAC worth 20%.

How are your SACs weighted?

All schools need to apply the same weighting to all of their SACs and overall, the unit 3/4 SACs contribute 34% to your study score. The two unit 3 tasks are worth ~7% each, and in unit 4 the application task ~14.5% and the two tests ~3.5% each

Check the study design if you are unsure
