Extra paper in the exam

For the extended response section, what happens if we run out of room for the essay/response? Will they give us more paper?

I don't think so but no harm asking :)

my understanding is that they give you an extra script book as with any subject, but again just ask them to be sure :)

I hope so. I have a tendency of going overboard. Hopefully the exam is decent this year.
