e.g Courts relationship with Parliament do you have to know every single one like

1) Parliament can overall or confirm decisions made by courts
2) Parliament can be influenced by decisions made in courts
3) Courts can deem legislation made by parliament invalid
4) Courts interpret and apply the law

do you have to know them all in detail? And all the strength and weaknesses of a jury and courts and judges and ALL the features of the adversary system in detail?

and are you meant to use case  examples for questions e.g. Trigwell case?

1. You need to know a couple of relationships and an example for each just in case its a longer question eg. parliament make the courts by passing legislation such as the Magistrates Court Act (VIC)
2. For all strengths and weaknesses on each topic you should probably know 4 of each because you could get a 4 or 10 mark question
3. Yes you need to know all 5 features of teh adversary system well and be able to compare them with the inquisitorial system
4. the study design states we only need to know 2 cases for high court interpretation, a successful refernedum, rights protection (eg. Roach case) and cases for implied rights ( eg. Australian Capital Broadcasting) anything else is optional such as Trigwell

Hope that helps:)
