English Language written report help.

i've got a SAC coming up soon and its to write a report of about 700 words discussing and analysing the language of our chasen topic.
the topic i am doing is slang "investingate the slanguage of teenagers".
the report is to: "identify the ways in which language features are used in societal interaction and analyse variations in language use".

right now my problem is im not to sure about the whole structure of the report.
i've been to a few sites but they seem really odd.

the introduction i guess is pretty straight forward.
im mainly confused about the body paragraphs, i don't really understand what it means by "heading" and sub-headings"
do we actually have to write a heading for each paragraph? and is it in a question form?

if anyone could help it would be greatful.

the link u gave is for a buisness report not an english language report/essay
ask your teacher about the structure or look at the insight book which has a good section on it

but in the meantime does anyone have any sites they could link me too that may help?
sorry but i don't use the insight book, isn't that for english and not english language?
