What are these exactly? Are they the maintenance phase? or under the maintenance phase such as performance mangement? or under that even such as performance appraisals?

and what are the other big subheadings such as operations strategies and this would be something like facilities design and layout?

Operations management strategies include:
- Management of quality (quality control, quality assurance, tqm)
- Materials management (materials planning, inventory control, etc)
- Facilities design and layout
- Use of technology (CAD, CIM, CAM, etc)

and Human resource strategies are things like performance appraisals, rewards (financial/non-financial), training

Hope that kinda helps
God im so nervous for this :P

So for establishment it's planning, recruitment and selection. For maintenance it's induction, training, development etc etc.
Right?

I'm soo nervous too. I'm no where as ready as I should be.
