The position of the plane is 15t(t+2)i + 10t(t-2)j and the point A is 500i +450j.

The question asks: State, giving reasons, whether the plane's path crosses the path of the vector OA.

In the solutions it says this:

If the plane crosses the path of the vector OA then the points O, A and P are collinear and so there exists a constant b such that OP bOA.


... What does that meaan?
