1) Can we simply abbreviate well known longer terms from the get-go without introducing them first? It's a habit.
e.g. HR, LSO
2) If I want to put an example in my answer but the example is simply theoretical, is it valid?
e.g. If I talk about Microsoft firing 350 employees in 2008 as a result of the GFC, or how Apple did market research when releasing the iPad.
These examples might be true, but they're not particularly factual.
They don't have to be really specific events do they?
3) Are external examples necessary when the question regards the case study?
e.g. Part c) could be like "Outline 3 differences between jhsdFVHJSDF and akfgaj" but it doesn't ask you to refer to the case study at all.
Would it be suggested to chuck an external example in here, providing it helps the answer?
I have a few more to add but they're not coming to me

Cheers!
