From memory I revised over my Year 11 stuff and got up to speed with a few concepts that I was weak with. That probably should be your first priority.
I think later in the holidays I started to go through the textbook - stuff like having a flick through and getting an overview of what I was going to learn. I did complete a few of the early chapters, can't remember how far I actually went into the book though.
I also read chemguide.co.uk A LOT. The explanations on that website are top notch.
In terms of study guides, I only bought the ATARNotes ones, you could use the topic tests quite easily for sac revision as well as exam revision. For SAC revision, the best thing is probably just learn all the concepts and pay attention to everything your teacher says about the sac - what type of sac it will be etc. and prepare accordingly. (e.g. get an idea of what practical skills you'll need to carry out, what kind of theory questions you might have to answer in the sac etc.)
Searching through this site for notes + old posts is also a good idea. There's a few pretty good links in the resources thread, but definitely get familiar with the search function on the forums (and then of course posting your own threads with questions throughout the year).
