As far as i know, a seas score of 88 is the "minimum" requirement for melb commerce. My advice is to look at similar courses at other unis. I highly recommend rmit's b.business - I did my 1st yr there and I found the stuff i learnt there much much more useful than anything im currently doing at melb.

If you really want to study a melb b.comm - work hard in 1st yr and transfer. Be aware the baseline average of 75 is deceptively hard to achieve. The effort required would be similar to obtaining roughly a 95 atar.

Also dont be lured into the misconception a melb b.comm is the only way to get the best hraduate positions out there. Commerce is so competitive nowadays that if your marks are not good, you will struggle to find ANY jobs at graduation. I found the advantage a melb b.comm has over the rest is marginal at best.

Unfortunately at 85 i don't think you will be able to get Commerce at Melbourne Uni. Sluu001 gave some good advice you might consider.
