will I have interviews to get into bachelor of biomed?

and, an ATAR of 99.60 can ensure me into it right?

No, you will not to need to go to any interview. You simply need to put the course as your 1st preference, and you will get the offer for it as long as all preq are satisfied and you get a high enough atar - which I believe in your case, it's is very likely, as your atar is a lot higher than last year's clearly in of 99.
