Just found out my parents expect me to tell them my ATAR straight after I open my text on Monday.
So much for my plan of sleeping through it and opening it at like 9 when they're both gone..

To be honest, I hope they were only kidding about having to. I just know I'll need some time to process it on my own and then the adrenaline of not being able to sleep will wear off and then I'll actually go to sleep for a bit and phone them later.

Just ignore them, you're an adult now and can actually decline their invasive requests But seriously, you're the only one with the phone so I'd just hide it and tell them that you're going to do it at your own pace. Mine want to know as well but they can wait a few hours more.

Haha this basically sums up my life. I don't want a whole fucking year's work summarized in a text. I want to wake up when I wake up and check it on the website. I'm almost tempted not to check it forever and just wait until offers. Not really, but the option's still there
