Can't accept Monash Uni scholarship offer!

Hi guys,
I've tried to accept a scholarship offer from Monash uni, but I have no idea why it doesn't let me register for a new account. I followed the steps here: http://monash.edu.au/students/scholarships/holders/accept.pdf
and here is the screenshot from the error:


I know a friend of mine also got the same error. Anyone knows what should I do now?

Is this scholarship a "Vice-Chancellor's Access Monash Scholar's Program"? If so, this may be happening because you you don't need to accept it, it's automatic.

Otherwise, it's a site issue, and you should e-mail the university directly via their website.

Thanks for your response alondouek, but this scholarship is not a Vice-Chancellor' Scholar's Program. I will call the university on Friday to see what the problem is.

I had this issue also, so I just sent an email to Monash following the prompts on the scholarship letter and they basically accepted it for me on my behalf.

I called - they accepted for me.
