I'm going to be in Year 11 this year...and I'm skipping straight into 3/4 Art, because my parents won't let me take an Arts subject in Year 12. I'm very passionate about Art but I'n kind of kicking myself for not taking 1/2 last year even though 2 teachers urged me to. I was lazy and cbs. But i recently just randomly got the urge to do this.

So the head of my schools Art department warned me that skipping straight into 3/4 Studio art isn't a good idea because there is apparently a lot of theory behind it?
Idk. Help me please on what I need to know for someone who's skipping straight into 3/4. I want to do really well >.< I just don't want to fail and let myself down.

Aiming for around 38-40 ish after scaling, just for the reference
