Need help enrolling in Japanese units

Just filled out my unit enrollment form and tried entering ATS2143 and ATS2144 which was recommended for students who have done VCE Japanese 3/4. But when I clicked on submit enrollment, I got:

"ATS2143 - Please refer to the handbook or consult your Faculty. Rule breach unit ATS2143 ============================== Student has not satisfied a pre-requisite (institution wide) for unit ATS2143 - has not passed a pre-requisite unit."

How exactly do I enrol in ATS2143 and ATS2144? I also took the placement test online which said I should do ATS2144

didnt you get a warning saying " Faculty to Enrol VTAC students  - Why?" because I can't add units

Visit your course faculty to have your Japanese units ammended.

This happened to me last year since Monash didn't recognize my MUEP units on WES.

Nope, but I heard a couple of my friends getting it so I'm kinda worried about not getting that message

Did you try filling in the "CSP HECS-HELP" form? before I filled it out, I wasn't even able to click on the "Unit Enrolment" for some reason.

You will have to them in order
E.g filling units after HECS-HELP

So for now do I submit 6 of my other units for the year? Or should I also just submit in ATS1141 and ATS1142 for now and then visit the course faculty to get it changed? Also, am I able to just visit anytime or should I go on enrollment day?

Since I didn't do VCE jap so I took the the placement test. [ Not sure whether this will be the case for VCE students

Oh and kind of off-topic, but on the wes, after i filled in the postal address etc., it says at the top:
"Email address:    There is currently no University email address recorded for you. "
How do I get the school email there? At the moment theres no 'email' tab on the homepage of my.monash

Yes I did...I think I have to wait till the faculty fills out my units so I can change them and then complete the enrolment

Is the placement test online? Cause I did an online test on the monash site and got an email afterwards recommending to me what units I should do.
