Doing property

(1/1)

TonyEcon:
Hey guys, I'm thinking about doing property and torts in 2nd year as opposed to crim/torts, thoughts?

My marks in all law subjects have been good.

There's nothing wrong with doing that, although I'm interested in why you chose that order?

Property A isn't too bad, there is not much examinable course content and most of it is just introductory groundwork in preparation for property B, equity and trusts.

That said Property B is definitely a step up from crim/torts. I would say it is the first really challenging subject most law students encounter (assuming they do it in 3rd year). However, I found it a really enjoyable subject (however, people seem to either love it or hate it).
