HECS-HELP form error! Eeeeek!!

I've tried filling out this form multiple times and it keeps returning with an error message saying "Student Study Package Number cannot be equal to zero." I think in one of the error messages I encountered, it said that my TFN is invalid even thought it is valid. Help please?!?!  :'(

Don't panic.  We don't even have a functional portal.  It's normal.

Eh? What do I do then? I have to complete this form soon and I can't get past this stage.

Likewise, "Student Study Package Number cannot be equal to zero." repeats itself like 20times down my page  :P I can't go back from the page or cancel and go back to submitted forms, because then it comes up with a new error. If you find out what the problem is, please tell me  :) I'll be calling up the student centre tomorrow as well.

I've managed to fix it, but not sure how I did it. I just exited, cleared the cache, then went back after 20 minutes and it worked! Make sure that you don't include any spaces when writing your TFN.
